To be the best, a real estate company has to have immense knowledge of all aspects of each property and the market as a whole. This knowledge, once collected can’t simply be put down on paper or in a computer and stored in a file somewhere for future reference. The information has to be understood as a whole as well as how each piece connects. This can only be done if the real estate company has a staff that is stable and has years of experience, including a great deal of time involved with each specific property.
Many of the clients whose properties we manage have been with us for ten years or longer – a proud accomplishment that we attribute to our stability and the time we invest in getting to know them and the nuances of their property investment. Simply put, we are loyal to our clients and they return the favor.
We have and use the latest technology, but not at the expense of what some would call old-fashioned, “boots on the ground” work. We still believe that putting eyes on the problem requires time in the field and personal contact with tenants and vendors.
